The Hoey Moey Rebrand

The landmark Dalby Hotel and Motel receives a make-over.

The Hoey Moey Rebrand

The Dalby Hotel Motel is affectionately known as “The Hoey Moey” to the locals. It’s the place the locals head to on a hot day for a cold beer. Where families go to pull up a chair and enjoy a great country feed, and where travellers stop to rest up for the night.

Gary and Marilyn have old-fashioned service in their heart, and a quick chat with anyone at their bar will leave you feeling like you’re part of the family. When they took over the bar they knew their brand need to be freshened up, so they called Q4 Creative and asked us to do what we do. The brief was simple:

We just want the Hoey Moey to be the way a pub ought to be!

We were super excited when the Dalby Hotel Motel asked us to design them a new logo, rebrand their pub and stock up their merchandise!

We went straight to our illustrator and got onto the job to capture the heart of the country. Once the logo was done we set to work with building the business stationery, uniforms, signage and merchandise.

Q4 Creative was responsible for designing, producing and supply all elements of the work, which included:

  • Logo & Brand Design
  • Outdoor Signage
  • Frosted Window Treatments with Logo
  • Accommodation Booking Carbonless Duplicate Pads
  • Staff Uniforms
  • Custom designed Rubber-back bar runners
  • Branded Stubby Coolers
  • Promotional T-shirts, Polo shirts and caps.
